Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. As a Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and training athletes in the fundamentals of volleyball, developing their skills, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

Duties:
- Plan and conduct volleyball practices and training sessions
- Teach athletes proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
- Develop individual and team skills through drills and exercises
- Provide guidance and feedback to athletes to improve their performance
- Create game plans and strategies for matches
- Coordinate team participation in tournaments and competitions
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among athletes
- Ensure the safety of all athletes during practices and games

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students or athletes in a coaching capacity
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline among athletes
- Experience in childcare or behavior management is a plus
- Lifeguard certification or knowledge of water safety is beneficial
- Background in physical education, swimming, climbing, martial arts, or cheerleading is advantageous
- Passion for sports coaching and developing young athletes
